My knee hurts now that my foot cast was removed...why? please help?!
Question: i dont know if they have anythingto do with eachother but i fractured the 2nd metatarsal bone in my right foot so i had a cast for 2 weeks.. it healed but now my knee is hurting, and it hurts wen i walk up the stairs.. or go down the stairs.. what can i do? whats the reason for this? . .please help

its probably just from the way your body adjusted to the difference in weight along with size of the cast. its kinda like getting brand new shoes, you have you break it in. it will go away but it is just from compensating for 2 weeks off that leg so you didnt put pressure on your foot.
Just getting use to it
