gargle woth salt water to clean it then swish ice cold milk it is the best you can do.

I know you don't want to hear it, but you might eventually need to go to ER.
Alll I can suggest is pressing ice FIRMLY against your tongue on and off for as long as you can stand it. Realize we're not doctors here, but ice and pressure is an effective way to stop bleeding.
go to the ER if it doesn't stop soon.
