Would you rather be shot or stabbed?!

SHOT..by all means shot!! The knifing is as you put it..horrid!! Being shot isn't nearly as bad, and as general norm, you don't see the blade spinning at fractions of a second to penetrate..the blade slice hurts right away...like a MF'er, whereas the bullet takes a lil time to register pain...there are so many physical/psychological issues at hand in these regards..yikes!!

neither

If I had to choose, shot because stabbing would take too long. At least if I was shot it would be quick, painful but quick.

I wouldnt want to either of them but if i had to, i'd prefer a quick painleless death. stabbing would be slow painfull as i bleed to death, whereas being shot (in the head) would be instant - so i'd prefer to be shot.

Shot.
Being stabbed you would see the knife going in.
Being shot would be quicker. Also, depending
on the size of the knife versus the size of the bullet
and how far the shooter was from you, I believe that
the bullet would be less injury.

I don,t think anyone would like any of them.

If it had to choose it would be getting shot. It would be my worst nightmare to be knifed.

Oh my gosh - you know I've discussed this with friends?

Most of us agreed, - I'd rather be shot - it happens quickly, - from reading alot of true-crime novels - the victims always say the stabbing is painful, and repetitive, - and just plain awful. I mean, I wouldn't want either, but a shot seems quicker and I'd want help quickly!
The stabber would be right in front of you also, and no telling how long/what else they'd do to you...not to be morbid - just realistic~

After having both done to me, I'd have to say, neither. (30/30 Winchester at point-blank range with a hollow point bullet).

Stabbed. There is less trauma and the wound is easier to heal. If you are shot, you have destroyed and lost tissue, have blunt impact, a foreign body to extract, and possibly deep penetration. If the bullet is a hollow point (and usually is), you are really in a bad way.

there are some crazy people out there and you sir are one of them.
