Friend, please go to see your Dr asap. Sometimes fluid build up is caused by the body retaining too much sodium--salt, which is present in way too many foods and drinks.Also heavy smoking can cause circulatory problems, which leads to severe pain. Nicotine constricts the arteries. The pain is telling you something is not working as it should, so get seen by a health care expert now.
