PLEASE help..?!

Question: For the past 2 days, I have woken up at some point of the night or morning, feeling sick. I sit up for a bit and then the feeling passes away and I go back sleep. I find it really weird. I've also been having pains on my left side. Sometimes they go, sometimes they come back. Please share your experiences, if you've ever had this problem before. My mum is going to take me doctors tomorrow, maybe. I'm really nervous. I'm the type of girl who wusses out over a needle, let alone anything else. Please help me. I'm not sure what it could be.

It seems like the timeframe on this is up. I'm not even going to attempt to diagnose you, because I'm not a doctor. (Although it could be lots of things from nothing to morning sickness(not that you would have that but I don't know))Best of luck to you on that. I do have some useful information though.

I used to be afraid of needles. I still hate them in a medical setting. When I was younger, I had to be held down, that's how much I hated them. However, I am now able to handle them and even voluntarily give blood to the red crossby myself. Here are my suggestions. Don't look until after the entire procedure or needle enters. Think of something other than where you are, such as a great vacation or an assignment coming up. Hold somebody's hand LOOSELY. Before it comes time for the needle, sit down and breathe afew times. Don't say "it won't hurt.", just tell yourself that it will be over in a few seconds and you'll hardly feel it in a week(tops. I don't know if you bruise easily). Lastly, ask the nurse to not approach you with the needle or set up until you say you're ready(within reason, they don't have all day). With these tricks, you should realize that you are in control and allowing this to happen so medical professionals can figure out what isgoing on with you.
