Pinching in leg.?!

Question: Everytime I have a heart beat or it seems like it, it feels like something is Pinching my leg. Its weird. Is this something that I think I should be aware of?

Possibly a blood clot in your leg? Is the pinching painful? Do you sit a lot during the day or lead a sedentary lifestyle or are you over weight? Also maybe a pinched nerve. I would definitely get to a doctor fast if it was me because clots are nothing to mess around with and can be deadly.
