Is it better to get an even or odd # of hours for sleep?!
Question: it takes your body 4 hours to actually get into the deep sleep that rejuvenates your body, so however long you'd like to refresh after that ;) 8 is a good number :) have fun sleeping

Even number of course....it only makes sense.
it does not matter as long as your getting 6-10 hours of sleep day but i usually sleep 8
doesn't matter.
I do know that its better to get more sleep before midnight (hours of sleep before midnight count for two hours)
I have a lot of odd hours of sleep, like when I dream of penguins. I don't really like that, so I'll say even is better.
