Night coma?!

Question: Hi, ive been getting lots of sleep paralysis i think, i get it whilst im awake but trying to sleep and my body goes numb and i can't move and i hear weird noises like heavy breathing and my vision goes weird so i have to break out of it, is this normal, I am really scared and i want to know what this is. I want to know is this because of my health or something else. I am only 15 and want to know is this a bad age to get this
