What can I do for my knee ???????!

Question: Ok so the other night me and two of my friends Hunter(171/2) and Josh(15) where hitting tennis balls at each other and it was fun until Hunter hit me in my knee, but im a good sport so I kept playing then I got hit a lot more times on my knee again and know it hurts so bad i can hardly walk................btw im only 13
