I noticed lumps in my neck about a month ago.?!

Question: In the center of my neck on the right side. While the lumps have gone down and are almost not noticalbe, one of the remains very hard, and has always been hard. When I touch the other ones sometimes there are soft, but this one is always hard, yet it has gone down in size it still worries me. Should I be concerned?

I had lumps in my neck for years, exactly where yours are. They eventually just disappeared. What you have are probably just cysts, which would explain why they have gone down because they are fluid-filled. Unless they grow and become painful or impact head turning or neck usage, I wouldn't worry. If they do happen to get worse, then a visit to the doc might be in order.
