Part of my lip is swollen and it hurts really bad!?!

If you didn't get hit or bite it, it could be an allergic reaction. Take a dose of Benadryl according to the dosage on the bottle for your age, every 4-6 hours as needed until the swelling is gone. Go ahead and use the ice too, that will help. If the swelling starts to spread, you have any difficulty breathing or swallowing or any tightness in your chest you need to call 911 because these are signs of a sever life-threatening allergic reaction, and need to be treated in the ER immediately.
