Based on your previous question, it appeared that you have a case of the flu, and a swollen lymph node could be the culprit...however, I also cautioned you in your previous question and my answer that should this episode persist, you may need to see the doc to rule out Mono...a large swollen lymph node and your other symptoms are classic signs of this.
Try warm compresses in the meantime, hot tea and steamy showers with vapors

Could be a swollen lymph node. Go see a doctor.
If you are sick, it is most likely a swollen lymph node. If it doesn't go away in the next few days, call your doc. It could also be a cist, and if so, it should be checked out.
