Was this food poisoning?!
Question: Last night when I went to bed my stomach was making weird noises but it didn't hurt. However, this morning I awoke with intense pains in my stomach! They were sharp pains and I could no longer sleep. I suddenly began to feel sick and I got up , went to the bathroom, and threw up severalt imes but the vomit was all watery , no food (sorry for that detail)
After that I felt better temporarily, but my stomach still kind of hurts.
Was this food poisoning or is something else wrong with me? Please hlep. Thanks

food poisoning usually comes with a headache. you probably have the stomach flu.
yep, dnt worry i had the same thin happen to me from taco bell, so just drink water and relax. god bless
Doesn't sound like food poisoning.
It sounds more like liquid went sour in your stomach.
