Try to ge yourself into a routine. Warm bath, hot drink, read a book. Don't watch tv in at least the last 30 minutes before bed as your brain will be too stimulated to sleep. Try keeping some paper and a pen beside your bed to write down anything that is bothering you. It sounds crazy but it helps me to write any problems or worries down before bed. It gets it out of your system and it's there in black and white to deal with in the morning. Hope this helps.

Allow yourself plenty of time to wind down before you go to bed. Don't sit up half the night watching American cop shows on TV or you'll be awake half the night while your brain recovers.

get up earlier every day and eventually you'll sleep right.

i reckon your time clock needs a arrangements go to bed 1 hour before your usual time and try and not drink tea or coffee before you retire has some if they are not decaf has caffeine and that is a stimulant and try and shut your eyes and slowly take deep breathes and relax you should eventually drift off to sleep

get a night time job and sleep in the day time

I used tae huv the same problem I usually put on a video/DVD of something that I huv seen umpteen times, set the telly tae go aff in aboot a half hoor. I'm normally asleep afore twenty minutes huv passed. I think it's like a wee comfort blanket. Guid luck....
