My first suggestion is to go and see your doctor to make sure a pulled muscle is all it is.
Then get yourself booked in for a massage with a trained therapist.
Feel better soon.

Try deep heat. Apply a heating pad to the area for a bit. Also some ointment such as (Icy Hot) or something similar. But, be careful the ointment and heating pad can cause a severe burn wherever it's applied. Also, try massaging the area slowly and deeply. It shoud go away in a couple of days. Hope you feel better.

Try going for a professional massage it may help to speed up the healing process and help calm the pain.

Try to put an heating pad on it or a gentle massage would be good.

Im sorry but nothing natural really works good, your best bet is some heroin.

YES THERE ARE A COUPLE OF NATURAL THINGS out there some people say things before they get real information..... there are a couple of vitamins you can buy for that..like Chondroitin Sulfate, Glucosamine Sulfate, and you can buy a painfix gel...you can find this at www.nutrinashopping.com that is where i get my vitamins...

oh also try CALMAC i use that for my back i get recent back pains and it helps me out..just make sure to take it everyday...you boil water add the calmac and you can mix it with a drink or make it as a hot tea or cold tea whatever you like..to change the flavor a bit but it really does help a lot...well it does to me

Natural products are no different from normal medicine. They contain chemicals that come from plants. i.e. Penicillin comes from the penicillium fungus and Aspirin comes from the willow tree.
Can you not have Aspirin, Ibuprofen or Paracetamol? Ibuprofen is very good.
A suggestion is to use a cream you rub onto the area like 'Deep Heat' which relieves the pain but unfortunately smells like root beer!

warmth and heat and relax
