I have severe pain in my upper legs...?!

Question: it started out in my left leg and it would send shooting pain all throughout my upper front leg, now the pain has spread to both legs and I can't get away from it. They hurt when I sit, when I stand I feel like my legs are going to give out at any moment. It is a sharp shooting pain. I recently started exercising BUT the pain started before I started...any ideas as to what it might be or what I could do other than pain relievers to make the pain either go away or lessen? Also, I don't know if this would have anything to do with it but my lower back has been hurting a lot too... Thanks!

Sound like you pinched your sciatic nerve. Time and no stress in life will cure it. But who has time for that? Visit a massage therapist first to relax yourself than see your Doctor or Chiropractor.

may be your sciatic nerve

submit yourself to a neurologist, have you ever been on a vehicular accident?

Sounds like you have a pinched nerve. See your dr. and have an MRI.
