Is it ok to talk two extra strenght tyenol and a 800 ibprofren...?!

It sounds like a lot of medication, and in fact it really is. However, I have svere tension headaches and my doctor has told me to do this on several occasions. It really does help. The tylenol is a pain releiver, and the ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory which helps reduce the pain as well. I hope you feel better soon.
It's probably a migrane. But i think it's fine because they have different primary ingredients. Tylenol has acetaminophen and ibprofren has ibprofren
