Couldn't sleep last night and I don't think I will tonight either?!

Question: I hardly had any sleep last night and ended up having night nurse to get me to sleep, think it was because I had a bad stomach ache, and now I still got a stomach ache any ideas on getting to sleep? and what to do if i can't?

just keep yourself busy it will take your mind of your sore stomach and sleep will eventually come
