Wash/bathe it well with warm very salty water every 2 hours.
Then get to see your GP/MD as soon as possible...you don't want to let infection near the eye get any worse.
You have an infection and need to see a doctor for some antibiotics to clear up the infection. You don't want to take any chances with your eyes and need to do this as soon as possible.

take out the ring and bath, get course of antibiotics,sounds like infection.
you should take it out and pour peroxide over it every hour or 2 until it stops bubbling. You can also go to the doctor and they'll give you antibiotics. The same thing happened to my ears.
