What is the worst pain you ever felt?!

Question: Emotional/physical

Answers: Emotional/physical

I always thought fainting from pain was just something you saw in films until I had my sciatic nerve trapped in my spine. AGHH!! I passed out and banged my head on the toilet waste pipe and split my lip and had a black eye. The pain was excrutiating!! The most emotional pain I have experienced was when I discovered my ex husband had abused my children. It is still too painful to talk about.

Gallbladder disease..........worse then child birth

emotional-when i lost my best friend, when she commited suicide

physical- i got this surgery on my legs, and i couldn't bend them for weeks and they got really stiff, so i had to bend them and it hurt so bad

Every time I felt like I had accomplished something great, my mom would pick it apart and tell me everything I did wrong. But oh well, f*** her.

Childbirth

Emotional - having to have my dog put to sleep, it still makes me cry when i think about it. (I know it sounds petty to anyone who hasn't gone through it but you have to sign a consent form so you are literally signing the death warrant - it's horrible)
Physically - this is a tie between giving birth and slipping a disc.

child birth tooth ache

partner walking out

My wifes hand as see whacked me in the ********!

physical - giving birth without pain relief - gee that hurt but its the sort of pain you forget cause of the outcome.

No contest (and I've experienced many of the others).

I was at college, and some guys were playing racquetball in the dorm. I waited for the ball to stop, but was unfortunate enough to walk around a corner just as a guy was serving. He nailed me right in the nads from about 15 feet.

That was 25 years ago and to this day I still remember the excruciating agony. It took away my breath and I couldn't even move for 20 minutes. I just laid there on the floor waiting to die.

Being at the dentist, they must get some sort of kick out of making you suffer in agony worst pain i've ever felt.

Physically it is a fine line between childbirth and Kidney stones moving.

Emotionally losing my Dad.

period pains, trust me they hurt like hell!

1) Period pain I had as a teen - gave me an insight into what labour could be like - not pretty. Getting 24 hour Christmas food poisoning bug was pretty grim too.

2) When my bro died, but then the pain 7 years on of seeing how it has affected my parents. It's a dull, nagging pain that gets me everyday. Maybe I ought to do something about, huh?

Hi, Yes childbirth was bad, but the pain i had when i had gallstones was horrendous. I wouldn't wish them on anyone.

Emotional - when my Mum died.

Physical - I suffered a ruptured ear drum on New Years Day. Worse than childbirth.

Physical - Disc degeneration in lower back (L4-S1) to the extent of stenosis. The intense and searing pain ran from the top of the buttocks, across and down through the leg, to the heel. Close second was passing a kidney stone through normal/natural means.
