What could this fly have done to me? am I overreacting?!
Question: I felt this sting, almost like an ant bit on my arm. I looked over and there was a fly on my arm. I thought this wasreally strange because flies aren't supposed to hurt people. I shoo'd the fly and the spot starting bleeding and it burned. What did this fly do to me? The area around the blood is getting red.

It could have been a horse fly, or a June bug..both of them bite. It is painful and it bleeds. Wash it well with soap and water, put on some sort of antibacterial cream, and if you have any. something to ease the sting.. If it gets bigger, or turns an odd color, contact your doctor, also if you feel dizzy or thick tongued.
