How many hours WE MUST sleep everyday ?!

4-8 hrs a night

8-10 hours is a plentiful amount of time to sleep.

researchers say we need a regular 8 hours to reach old age, but i aint got 8 spare hours to sleep with

it varies from person to person, but between 7-9 hours a day.

i think 6 hours is the minimum

Adults usually need at least. 7-8 hours of sleep a night to feel ... healthy .... 5-6 hours minimum
