Start a HOT bath..i mean HOT. Then just lay back and relax in it for a while. After you get out...message your legs for a while. Do some stretching. It should help out alot :)

That has happened to me before. There really is nothing you can do. It will get better in a few days. Just take a pain reliever.

hot bath, and more of the exercise

One Aspirin and a very hot bath, preferably with menthol bath salts added. Works great!

hot shower may help- pain reliever- massage

You are sore because you were "out of shape" when you went to the SB clinic. Your soreness is from your little-used muscles that got used that day. Having gone through physical conditioning in school to play football, I can tell you that the most positive thing to do is to work through it and continue in a regimen of exercise activity that will condition these muscles and your stamina, and stay in a fitness program to keep toned up.

Hot soaking baths or showers will help, along with analgesic balms like ben-gay of flexall, but don't stop the exercise.

Or...you can baby your soreness, lay around, and give in to the soreness you feel until all the good you started doing at the SB clinic will be for naught.

If you do nothing, you'll get over the soreness... it you do the conditioning, you'll also get over the soreness, but you'll be better off physically.
