Had a seizure and have a lot of problems. PLEASE HELP?!
Question: Hi,
About a week ago I had a fit/seizure and since then I have had a lot of problems. I can no longer lift weights as I think my lower body mussels will not let me lift them.
Also my left arm I "think" comes out its socket. I told my doctor but he did not believe me. But if it move it in some ways it pops out and i have to put it back it which hurts loads... well too much... i come close to passing out.
I also bit my tongue but that has mostly healed now.
I also have problems if i sneeze or run... i know i sound like a mess right now but I never knew all this would happen...
A bit about myself.
I'm 25, about normal weight, male, nothing really wrong with me in general.
I was in hospital for 1 day after i had it. Its not that the doc does not believe i had a seizure, its he does not believe me about my arm.
I can no longer scratch my back with my left arm without it popping but i can with my right arm.
I just want to know if this is normal and if it will fix over time.

Find a different dr. I have seizures, very violent ones, and i've pulled joints out and torn muscle during them. My Nuero understands that well, and treats injuries as they happen. You need a more understanding dr. Really.
Edit: Hey, I hear you on the overdose thing. I took too many xanax one day, and went into a seizure that was out of control. I happen to have a brain tumor that causes them too though, so the dr took them more seriously than if I had said "it was because of an overdose this time."
Honestly see a different doctor or a Chiropractor, you dont want to risk anything
have you visit a physical therapist? They might help with therapy.
it sounds like you have lots of things going on! I know my wife has had seizures throughout her life. You need to talk to a specialist. I wish you well :)
Your neurologist who handles the seizures is probably not adequately prepared to evaluate the shoulder, see and orthopedic surgeon.
