Sleeping steadily is suppose to be the best for you, and it has been proven that the best hours to get the optimum sleep is between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00, although we all need more than those two hours, it means we need to begin our sleep cycle at those hours and get the sleep we need. I think that if the latter is conducive to your life style it could, possibly be just as good.

first one, cause you body gets more rest during the hours that u sleep before 12 midnight.

napping is healthier but less practical if you have a busy schedual

If you're napping for 2 hours in the afternoon in school, it's not going to be good! lol!

well, the former is healthier, possibly along with a short nap in the middle fo the day.

your body needs to get into an easy rythm of sleep. you need your deep sleep, and it's just natural for your body to go to sleep at night and wake up during the day.

i'm not completely sure how to explain it.
i know what i'm talking about !
i've had severe insomnia all my life and have done a lot of research about sleep disorders because of it.
