Why does the lower left side of my stomach hurt with stabbing, pulsating pain?!

Question: could be anything from upset stomach to splenomaegaly (enlargement of the spleen) you should see a doctor as soon as possible. usually stabbing pains with an immediate onset can be due to perforation of an internal organ or membrane. pulsating pain can occur when there's an inflammation. do you have a fever? do you feel sick? do you feel nausea/ are vomiting? have diarrhea? low appetite? all of these require attention. it could just probably be food poisoning but see a doctor please. get well soon!

You might have pulled a muscle or something minor.

If it doesnt go in 2 days of a good nights sleep. Id go get it checked out.
Better to be safe than sorry right? x

you better get yourself to the hospital now!! It COULD be Appendicitis!! Even though Appendicitis is generally in the left side of the abdomen, the pain can be in the right side or central part of it. Either way....whether it is or isn't this, you need to get to the hospital ASAP and get it checked out...if it IS your appendix and it explodes (yes...it can explode) then it can and usually is fatal (there's a poison in it harmful to the body). Check out this website for more information, but please get to a hospital! It could be nothing, but it could be something really bad.
