What causes twitching in your eyes? My right eye has been twitching for 2 days n!
Question: I asked this question a while ago. It seems to be caused from stress, and not eating right. Those were the answers i got when I asked about it. Ever since then I calmed myself down and stopped worrying so much about alot of things, and its actually helped. If youre stressed, find something to take ur mind off of everything. not saying become irresponsible, just something that doesnt make u think about the daily "trials and tribulations." having a pet helps too. spend time palying with them, or jog around the block a few times. Trust me when ur running, u wont be thinking about stress...and if u are, thatll make u run more! Oh, and eat some bananas, as they have alot of potassium! Hope this helps

Maybe it sounds silly, but my eyes twitch when I'm very stressed out.
It's usually just if you are tired
somethings bothering your nerves
Stress,Fatigue, squinting a lot, consumption of too much caffeine, or starring at computer screens for long periods off time.
Could be a magnesium deficiency.
