I do i know if its sprained badly or dis located or even broken?!

Question: i hit my pinki on a chair dreaaly hatrd ans it hurts really bad i can barley move it with out a lot of pain

Sounds like a simple jam, or possible dislocation. Even if it was broken all you would do is out it in a pre-made splint, like the ones at the drugstore. So go out and get one. It cant do any harm and will protect your pinky until it can heal. If it isn't any better 2-3 days from now, see a doc.
