Have you ever stayed up all night?!


Question: this is the first time i am doing it. My sleep schedule is about 6 hours later than where (or should i say when?) i need it to be in a week. so if i cant go to sleep now, i want to be super tired when 10pm rolls around. i've been staying up until 3-5ish every night on yahoo answers. i just answered a question that took me 2 hours to answer!!!!!!!!!!! In a week i am going to start having class at 925 so i'll have to wake up at 8!!! i would like to be going to sleep between 10-midnight. i've done everything but i just dont have the discipline to go to bed on time... even when i set "go to sleep" as an alarm in my phone! im pretty much nocturnal now, and by the time im ready for the "day", many businesses are starting to CLOSE so i cant even get anything done during the day!

i know how you feel! ive always had such a hard time sleeping at night. when i do make myself goto bed tho i will lay awake for hours trying to sleep! it drives me crazy, especially when theres something i want to get up for the next day! Lately ive been trying to be up by 10am each day, well.. concidering its nearly 6am now.. somehow i dont think i will be up at 10 unless i just stay up! which if i do i will get a horried headache around noon ish!

I was up 37 hours for an international flight. It took about a week to fully recover.

When you have to be in class at 9:25 am it won't take long before your nocturnal instinct is blown to the wind.

Try taking a brisk walk before bed and also shower/bath after your walk - it will help to induce sleep...SKIP THE COFFEE!!

just go to bed lay down and close your eyes even if you toss and turn for a few nights but eventually your body will be so tierd you will go to sleep
