Chronic lower back pains, right side.?!
Question: I get chronic lower back pains annually. I can't remember not getting them even mildly when i was a kid. I think it maybe a nerve or something because i try stretching often and I've exercised my lower back because I thought it was just cause from weak lower back muscles. Also when it gets bad the pain also goes down to my hamstring and I can barely bend over.
Any one had some experience with this? Do you know what they would do if I went to the doctors? What are some treatments and what could I do the remedy it?

This pain is commonly experienced by many people, and known as "sciatica" (sy-at-i-ca). Here's a link to some info about it:

Sciatica usually gets better by itself, but if it doesn't you need to see a doctor, physiotherapist, or chiropractor.
I don't understand what you mean by getting chronic pain "annually"??
