Anyone Ever Seperated the Cartlidge on their floating ribs?!

Question: In a wrestling match on Saturday, I was trying to neck bridge out of a pin when I separated the cartridge. I was going crazy, it was chance between 3rd place and 4th place. The kid had a grapevine on me so I obviously didn't get out. When I walked away after my match, I stretched to the left and I felt a pop in my lower right rib cage. Thought not much about it because a lot of things pop on my body and pain is expected after a hard fought match.

Anyways I went back to practice yesterday and it felt like someone was hitting me with a hammer and chisel on my floating ribs. Being the kind of person I am, I kept going not thinking much about it. It was nearing the end of practice when my partners head came right up into my ribs. That was the shot and I put ice on it. I called my doctors and set up an appointment. He didn't do an X-ray considering my insurance doesn't cover rib x-rays at that office. He concluded I probably separated the cartlidge off my floating ribs. (Cont. in extra)

I've been there myself. Separated my T9 rib cartilage. I recommend you seek a chiropractor who knows how to move the ribs and cartilage back into alignment. Once they're in alignment, your cartilage can heal much faster. I also recommend to take this supplement AFTER the chiropractor realigns your rib and cartilage to accelerate the repair.
