I want to know if anyone is going through bad depression?!
Question: my husband doesnt know what to do because my medication isnt working and it doesnt help either when we fight because it makes my depression worse.I have tried to make a appt.with the doctor but i am getting the run around.

It almost sounds like medication isn't your solution. I am depressed most of the time, and getting out of the house and getting some mild to moderate physical activity helps. Take your husband, or a close friend, and that should help a bit more. Walk in the park, or along the beach, or through the mall. Just do something you know you enjoy with good company.

That's sad. That's nice your husband is at least staying with you to help you through it. You definitely need medication and a psychologist. There are no easy solutions.
The best medicine is to just sit back, relax, and be positive in your own mind. Just think happy all the time. Oh and excercise is really good it releases dopamine...which makes you happy!
Seek out another Doctor. There all over the place.
I don't throw things around, I try to control myself, however I do seem to feel depressed like every month. Try to exercise and find more things to keep you busy.
i'm going through depression -but more like highschool/teenage depression- sorry to hear about your anger/depression issues. i just want to tell you that you have a really great husband that must truly love you? if i had a wife like that, i dunno what i would do. sorry, but i'm being honest.
try talking to your doctor again complaining about the medicine, and try talking to a counselor/psychiastrist. or something.
