Help with Charlie Horses! (No bananas)?!

Question: Yeah. I get at least one Charlie Horse a day in all my toes on my left foot. Like, when I bend them, or if they're pushed on, they get stuck and it hurts really badly! It's definately a charlie horse. And, all the cures I've seen include bananas and water.
I'm alergic to bananas, though.
Would any food containing potasium help?
And, if so, which ones have potasium?

Baked Potato's are loaded, make for a great lunch..as an added portion to your dinner!! This is a great website for Potassium laden foods, they're even categorized by the amounts of the mineral in them: http://www.highbloodpressureinfo.org/foo...
Also VIP not to forget.. you need to add Calcium and Magnesium! An athletic Vitamin and Mineral Dose pack is a great idea, they do wonders for me..no more Charlie Horses...Aaah!! They're terrible to live with never knowing 'when' they're going to hit...and the pain is horrid!!
Remember that an Athletic drink...Gatorade, Powerade..etc. will restore your electrolyte balance quickly, and can be a good idea to drink daily when you're going through a plague of them!! My BEST to You...may they go away ASAP!!!

raisins, they are the highest source of natural potassium there is, a half cup a day should fix you right up.

are you getting enough calcium ? this also may cause Muscle spasms.

Take a potasium suppliment pill, and an Advil. This always works for me.

I drink milk, eat yogurt, certian nuts esp soy ones, cheese. Milk is a fast entry into the system. Get your potassium checked though, people can get charli horses from too much potassium as well. OJ is not so good, fast entry, fast exit.
