The bottom number is the one most doctors worry about, although it's not good to have either of them high. The top number is the blood pumping out of the heart during contraction, the bottom number is the refilling, where basically the heart is at rest. A "normal" blood pressure is somewhere in the neighborhood of 120/80 (keep in mind that each person's normal is different)

The top reading (the systolic) measures how forcefully the heart is pumping blood around your body.

The bottom reading (the diastolic) measures the heart's resting period.

It appears that yours are both too high so you should visit your doctor to get checked out.

The first number, systolic blood pressure, measures the maximum pressure exerted as the heart contracts, while the lower number indicates diastolic pressure, a measurement taken between beats, when the heart is at rest. Your numbers are both too high. Normal is 120/80

Since I don't know your age and weight, both appear too high for you. The bottom number is really to high...see a MD if this BP persists...you need professional help!
