Answers: how can you get rid of a headace with out pills and with out sleep

Pl try cold water bath and observe.
If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help.
Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief.
If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.
None of them can be treated with medicine.
Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.

Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

have a drink

99 cent jack-in-the-box taco's.

put tension on the sides of your head and clear your mind i also firmly believe in the healing powers of yoga and meditation so that is totally what i would suggest

usually teas help

Drink something with a lot of caffeine in it (coffee, tea, etc)

try some chamomile tea an apple or stop drinking coffee

lotsa water and fish oil, it acts somewhat as a blood thinner so if it's built up pressure in your blood causing' your head to ache might be worth a shot and some cardio like even a moderate walk and go outside in the fresh air for a bit should help :)

Depends on the headaches. I found that headaches that linger in front of your head are best dealt with boiling water and breathing in some of the vapors (from a safe distance).

You can also try a hot cup of hot chocolate or the like. I found these types are generally sinus headaches for me.

The others that linger on the top or the back of the head I go to someone else for neck or back rubs. I am so against taking pills for anything so it's more painful for me to swallow an aspirin than it is to just bear it.

Two magnets, put them on opposite sides of your head.

The area between your thumb and index finger, almost into your hand need to be massaged very heavily until the pain in your head goes away.

Drink caffeine. Coffee, soda, tea. It dilates the capillaries and should relieve some of the pressure in your head.

just dont think about any thing stress ful it will get better and congrats on graduating when u do

Tie a scarf tightly over your eyes and sit and relax for a while and the pain will go away or else there is a balm that you can rub on your forehead. If you have tiger balm at home the headache will go in no time at all....you buy this in either an Indian grocery or a chinese supermarket.

Peace and quiet or try a warm drink
hope this helped
xx

This really helps me and has helped everyone I've known to do this so far to get rid of their headache (but I usually combine it with Advil to reduce swelling of blood vessels which contribute to the headache):

Take a handtowel and soak it in as hot of water as you can stand. Wring it out and place it over your forehead or site where your headache is. As soon as it cools, get another hot one. While doing this, try to lie down in a dark room and relax. If possible, have someone else get you the hot compresses and change them out for you.

This helps incredibly and usually takes the headache away after 15-30 minutes or helps it subside substantially. Best wishes for a quick recovery.
