Question: yesterday something fell and hit me in the back of the head right behind my ear.. its still hurts and my ear seems to be a little clogged am i ok??

as long as you're not feelin nausea; I wouldn't worry about it. however; if you start feeling dizzy, nausea for no reason or begin to get irregular headaches or feel like you're going to vomit; either get a ride to the hospital or go to the doctor immediately.
how big was the thing that hit your head, anyway?
if your not ok thers nothing you can do about it. take some asprin and rest.
It could just be the bruising from hitting your head. never take chances with head injuries though. If it is hurting you, get it checked out. Even if it is only to put your mind at rest.
