Hard ankle sprain?!


Question: i was playing basketball today and i was running at FULL speed and then stepped on this guys foot ...my ankle is now swelling real bad and i can barely put any pressure on my left foot..i will be seeing the doctor but i cant even walk for 1 minute...im like crawling around my house..some easy tips please!!

ice pack,,,,but you should go to the docs,,it might be broken,,
ice 15 mins on 15 mins off, stay off of it, get some crutches to go to the doc
