Hang out by a curb on a busy street, sit down, and wait for someone to park at the curb your on, let them back on to your foot without them seeing you...and if your lucky, they will break your leg too.

Instead of breaking your foot, why not get an immobile ankle brace from the pharmacy or wrap you foot with an ace bandage - it will look and seem like a broken foot with the pain.
Please find the real problem that is bothering you to make you want to do such a thing and get help. You honestly do not want to go through the pain, possible surgery, physical therapy. What if something awful happened and you never walked correctly again?
