How to get Deep Sleep?!


Question: I am 17 years old and I sleep about eight to nine hours a day.
Still, I know this is not a good sleep because I wake up in the morning still really tired, red-eyed and weary...

So, I know the body only rejuvenates itself when in deep sleep, so how to get more deep sleep, better sleep etc?

ok work hard 1day really work hard lik clean ur house buy groceries and lift wait etc u wil get the best sleep that night after deep work trust me i do the same

try ZMA

its zinc and magnesium and something else
all safe vitamins

akso try excercise few hours before bedtime

Try taking one or half of an exedrin pm.(depending on your weight) Right before you go to sleep, it will help train your body into fallin into a deeper sleep. Good Luck

Don't take any naps during the day ..even if you are tired. Exercise everyday. Go to bed at a good hour. Don't eat after 8 or have anything that might keep you up(coffee).

have a bath then try an early night

I have two suggestions:
1 - more physical activity each day (seriously, a good day on the treadmill or out on my bike really helps me sleep at night)
2 - Melatonin (it's an herbal supplement that helps to regulate your body and truly helps me sleep well)
