How do I treat frostbite?!

Question: Depending on the stage, you could either actively or passively rewarm the affected area. Passive means covering you with a blanket in a warm environment. Active is placing hot packs in the core of the body (armpits, groin) and heating the patient.

Hope I could help!

Go to the ER.

Take it out to dinner

you need a Dr ASAP. If you truly have frost bite you could lose the part that got frozen as in amputation.
