Why do I have jaw pains?!
Question: The left side of my jaw suddenly began to hurt randomly today. Now when I open my mouth or bite down hard it hurts.
The pains shoots from my jaw to my ear. It's really weird!!
Anyone know how I can make the pain stop?

lol, it just started today, wait and see if it gets worse, my guess is that u have impacted teeth. get 2 a doc

Have you been brushing your teeth reguarly?
Other than that, I can't think of any logical reason to explain the pain. Try consulting your dentist.
b/c at night you clench your jaw. thats what happens to me. i dont think you can do anything about it if it is clenching your jaw =[ good luck w/ that.
If you haven't been hit, you may want to get checked for TMJ issues - joint issues in the jaw.
Someone else suggested "clenching", which is called bruxism. That can cause real troubles, including dental problems. It's usually a result of stress, but a good hypnotist can take care of it for you.
Get checked for the TMJ and a good dentist can probably tell you about the bruxism. Then, find a hypnotist if necessary.
