Thighs feel stiff or somthing?!
Question: I am new,and I just went out for Tae Kwon Do training 2 days ago....first day..my thighs felt a bit weird...now today..I can barely raise my leg straight up while sitting..what is this?

I hate to tell you this but you are probably in for a couple of days of limping. Regular pain relievers will help a little but using your legs will be the best thing. Take it easy but keep them moving. With regular exercise, the stiffness should not return. Good luck with the martial arts.
your body probably wasn't in shape, u prob. wern't doing excerisize that hard core before.
