Is it fine to wear ankle/leg weights wallking around whole day?!


Question: Will it cause any injuries to my back or joints?And also is there any diff in ankle vs leg weights?

Ankle weights are simply another type of wieght training for your legs and less your ankles. To wear them all day may cause slight irritation of the skin underneath, and i reccomend taking them off to let your legs breath during a sit down period such as lunch. As fars as will they cause you any problems, Ankle weights have not been linked to any specifice health problems, including back or joint pain, So you should be able to wear them all day with no problem what so ever. Leg weights as far as i know are very similar to ankle weights and perform the smae basic function

Somebody told me that it wasn't good to wear them all day because it can relate to strains and different joint problems. But i wear them all the time and i have no problems.

As long as you MAKE SURE to give your muscles a break so they can recuperate and rebuild, you can wear them for long periods of time.
