Why do we have the need to stretch our bodies like in the mornings?!

Question: And i do not mean before we exercise. I mean when we wake up before we get out of bed, or when we are sitting at our desk and just feel the urge.
I have tried to find it on the internet but have not been successful.

It has to do with the way your blood circulates. Your heart pumps blood outwards through arteries at high pressure. But there is no mechanism to return the blood to the heart, it returns when your muscles flex. When you sit still, blood pools in your veins.

When stretch in the morning, you sometimes hear a sort of rumbling sound in your head (I don't know how to describe it, but you know what I mean). That is the blood being squeezed out of your arms and legs and going back into circulation.

This is also why it takes more energy to stand in one place than to walk! Walking pushes the blood out of your legs and enhances your circulation. It's also why people who stand in one place for long periods of time, like bridge toll takers, get varicose veins--their veins eventually break down and stretch out because they're full of blood all the time.

I love to watch my cat stretch! He sleeps all day, and when he wakes up he elegantly stretches each limb, one at a time. 8^)

I'm assuming it's because we were sleeping all night, NOT moving. Your joints and muscles need to stretch a little or else you wouldn't be able to stand or walk properly.

to get more bloodflow to the muscles increasing the oxygen levels
