I have a spot but its just like a lump really, how can i make it go away! :(?!

steam (bowl with a drop of tea tree oil and a towel) Do for a few minutes then throw some cold water over your face. What ever you do - dont touch it!!
try a different diet of no sugar or fstty foods. And wash your face always helps
Apply time and good hygiene as suggested by the others here. The spot will eventually disappear, the scar you make by messing with it, won't.
Is it time for your cycle ? sometimes they 'll come at that time, anyway, it's probably a pimple that hasnt come to a head, unless it's a bite.
