Tension Knot?!

Question: i have a Huge tension knot on the bak of my neck. if tried massaging it, putting asprin on it, and a heat pad it just wont go away. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

I had one of these a couple weeks ago. Just wait it out, it will stop within a day or 2.

im assuming that u took the aspirin and didnt put it on you. ibuprofen is the best ting to take for this. try taking a tennis ball and sit in a high backed chair place it where the knot is and move back and forth letting the ball roll over the knot. this sounds weird but it does work.also try using a muscle rub...that will help. hope this helps you out
