Im thinking blood clot?!

Question: Symptons: very rarely feels like my heart stops for a second and i almost cant breathe and for that second i feel like a 100 degrees, sometimes at night i feel like needles are running through my vein and my toe, fingers, and a vein in my foot twitches sometimes.

Go to the doctor. they may give you a cat scan to make sure its not a blood clot because they can get dangerous really quick.
