It just means that you can't differentuate between sounds, like say a high pitch note against a semi or low pitched notes, all you have to do is get your hearing tested at the free clinics and they will tell you, I hope this helps, Goodluck!!!

There are a few hearing test that can tell if your are infact tone deaf. To find out you have to go to an ear nose and throat specialist (also known as an ENT) Tone deaf just means you cannon differentiate between two different tones or pitches.
