How can I fall asleep faster?!

Meditation actually helps to fall asleep.

Usually if I can't fall asleep, I'll just lay down and breathe deeply, making my stomach go in and out until I start to fall asleep. While doing this, calming music also helps. (The kind you would listen to while getting a massage.)

Reading a book helps me to fall asleep.

Sometimes, I'll even day dream about something pleasant...a guy, vacation, fun times I've had until I fall asleep. I actually sleep really good doing this as well.

i usually read for an half an hour or so.. reading always makes me sleepy... try not to drink caffeine before bed..

Well I take a supplement that you can get from milk thats called Melatonin its safe because I am still to young to get hooked on something and a pediatrician recommened it to me and if you don't want to take a supplement just drink milk (warm or cold)

This always works for me , I always work out right before I go to bed . First I exercise , then watch TV for like 20 minutes while in bed and eventually am almost too tired to pick up the remote and turn it off .

but sometimes milk is not so good


i listen to music...like an iPod or cd player

From everything I've read, the BrahmaBull is way off base. Every article I've read on sleep says if you have trouble falling asleep, do not exercise after dinner. It is too stimulating.

drink sleepy tea.

I use a box fan by my door to drown out any noise...this works GREAT!!

1) drink warm milk before bed.
2) do an exercise and take a bath with hot water and go to bed..
it's really work...
