Gas or more serious problem?!
Question: My stomach has been killing me with pain for past 3 days. it has moved some but now its about around the area of my appendix but i have no fever or anything and im still passing gas alot? The pain always gets worst after ive layed down all night then wake up in the morning. How long can gas last an dhow to i get rid of it if thats what it is?

Man, that's a bummer, for sure....
Gas pains are horrible...
Have you tried gas X? Maybe that would help...
Did you maybe eat something bad that may have upset your stomach?
How is your appetite? Are you eating things that give you gas?
If you can answer these questions then maybe the culprit lies in one of the answers....
You might want to eat light for a couple of days...something like rice, crackers, chicken soup, ginger ale, hot tea...things like that...just until your tummy settles down..
Try taking some pepto bismal, it might help to coat your stomach and may relieve you of the gas pains...

I've had something similar to that and what seemed to help me was eating fruits and vegetables and taking gas x..........good luck!!!
